No stress, we’re here to help. Rani Events are here to reduce the stress and chaos of planning the perfect event! We have exclusive access to the best local activities you want to include in your itinerary. As born and bred locals who have survived ‘thorough research and investigation’, we know the coast better than anyone else!

If you have ideas in mind of what you want to do - say a distillery tour, boat party or golf day - we will book you in and seamlessly connect all of your needs. With our local connections we can guarantee prime time slots, the best unique venues and access to the proper side of the Gold Coast that others wish they knew about.

If you have no idea what you want to do, we also have you sorted. With endless connections to all types of activities, from chill day time activities you would take your in-laws to, to rowdy and party fuelled events - we can suit all types of groups.

Here at Rani Events we can hook you up with an activity and location, or we can create a full weekend itinerary with activities, transport and accommodation or anything in between. We pride ourselves on delivery quality and have scouted everything we offer ourselves to ensure our clients value our work.

The Rani Boat.

A local, family owned party boat on the Gold Coast for 18 years. This vessel sees it all. From bucks and hens parties, birthdays, work Christmas parties, weddings, funerals, divorce parties, christian singles parties to female entertainment cruises. Many people have worked on and experienced the Rani and learned that “What happens on the Rani, stays on the Rani”.

After years of hosting particularly hens and bucks events on the boat every weekend we found that we are often asked “What else should we do on the coast?”. This and a few sunset beers with the team sparked the idea of Rani Events. With our combined knowledge and research of activities and party venues on the coast we decided to offer full service parties and connect our clients to the best that the Gold Coast has to offer.

Currently juggling all the roles within the company to create unforgettable experiences! We’re Sash and Luke, the minds behind everything from social media management, booking and event coordination to partnership organisation and package creation. Our days are filled with diverse tasks - a favourite being sampling local distilleries and breweries to ensure we sell the right experience to our clients!

Combined, our ADHD tendencies often lead to lively brainstorming sessions, where we bounce ideas off each other and come up with exciting new activities for bucks and hens parties. This creative synergy along with listening to and communicating with our clients fuels our passion for delivering exceptional itineraries.

From managing bookings and balancing budgets to planning fun-filled weekends, we’re dedicated to making every occasion exactly how you want it to be and more! As locals we worked hard to discover the best activities Gold Coast has to offer - not just what a google search would get you.
